Welcome to Sacred Flame Studio.

I’m Holly, creator, maker, and believer in the quiet power of intentional living.

Sacred Flame Studio was created from the belief that healing doesn’t always happen in grand moments. Sometimes it begins with something as simple as lighting a candle, taking a deep breath, saying a prayer, or allowing yourself a few minutes of peace in a busy world.

As a licensed social worker, I’ve spent years walking alongside people through grief, trauma, change, hope, and healing. That work has shown me the incredible strength people carry within themselves—and the importance of creating moments that help us reconnect with that strength.

Creating became my own form of mindfulness.

What began as a creative hobby slowly grew into something much more meaningful. Today, every candle, wax melt, incense blend, and ritual-inspired product is handcrafted in my Ohio studio using premium ingredients, thoughtful design, and genuine care.

Many of my collections are inspired by symbols of protection, renewal, courage, gratitude, and hope. My Archangel Collection, for example, is lovingly prayed over before it leaves my studio, reflecting my desire that each piece carries encouragement and comfort into the home of the person receiving it.

My own spiritual journey has been shaped by curiosity, nature, ancient wisdom, meditation, and the belief that love connects us all. While my path is uniquely mine, my hope is that Sacred Flame Studio offers products that meet you wherever you are on yours.
