I’m Holly, creator, candlemaker, and believer in the quiet power of intentional living. I created Sacred Flame Studio because I believe healing doesn’t always happen in grand moments. Sometimes it begins with something as simple as lighting a candle, taking a deep breath, saying a prayer, or allowing yourself a few minutes of peace in a busy world.

As a licensed social worker, I’ve spent many years walking alongside people through grief, trauma, change, hope, and healing. That work has shown me the incredible strength & resiliency people carry within themselves—and the importance of creating moments that remind us to reconnect with that inner strength and reignite our own flame.

What began as a creative hobby slowly grew into something much more meaningful. Today, I handcraft our candles, wax melts, and incense blends in my Ohio studio, using premium ingredients, thoughtful designs, and genuine care. I want to share tools that help you slow down & mindfully create a space that feels intentional.
