Refund policy

We take a lot of pride in hand-pouring each and every one of our candles and wax melts. Our candles and melts are made using natural soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and cotton wicks, resulting in a candle that is cleaning-burning, fragrant, and long-lasting.  

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange. If the product was damaged during shipping, please take a photo, and contact us, so we can send a new order out. All other returned items must be in new and unused condition to get a refund or exchange. Please contact us before proceeding with the below.

We will exchange, or refund, any merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. You may exchange your merchandise by listing the items you want to exchange, in your shipment, and mailing the item(s), via USPS, to:

• If you prefer to do a porch drop off, we ask that you contact us, to arrange a day and time to drop the item back off and/or complete an exchange. 

You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is damaged or defective). Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the return/exchange is processed. We strongly encourage you use a trackable method to mail your return.
